ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and baked with love within 1-2 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready.

During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may vary, but we'll keep you informed.
PICKUP LOCATION

Our pickup location is at our bakery, 43 Lake Avenue Extension, Danbury, CT 06811.

Look for designated pickup signs or inform a staff member upon arrival.
PICKUP HOURS

Pickup hours are from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm Tuesday through Sunday.

Please ensure you arrive during these hours and bring a copy of your order confirmation (printed or on your mobile device) to collect your order.
MISSED PICKUP

Please contact us at least 12 hours before your pickup time for any changes or cancellations.

If you miss your scheduled pickup, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

Orders not picked up within 48 hours may be subject to a restocking fee.
